ph74 (operating at ph74.app) is the data controller for all personal data collected through the ph74 platform. For purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), ph74 is the entity responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
ph74 operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform. Our data processing activities are subject to oversight by both the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and PAGCOR in their respective regulatory capacities. All requests relating to your personal data rights should be directed to ph74's Data Protection Officer (DPO) as described in Section 13.

- GCash, Maya / PayMaya, or bank account numbers linked for deposits and withdrawals;
- Transaction history including all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and gameplay outcomes;
- Records of all ph74 Wallet credits and debits.
Technical Data:
- IP address and device identifiers;
- Browser type, operating system, and device model;
- Login timestamps and session duration data;
- Geolocation data (country and region level only, for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention).
Usage Data:

05 Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, ph74 processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the services you requested when you registered a ph74 account and agreed to the Terms and Conditions — including account management, gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals;
- Legal obligation: Processing required by Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the Data Privacy Act — such as KYC identity verification and regulatory reporting;
- Legitimate interest: Processing necessary for ph74's legitimate business interests, including fraud detection, security monitoring, platform improvement, and customer support — where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications, use of non-essential cookies, and any other purposes for which ph74 has obtained your specific, informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the ph74 DPO.
06 Sharing Your Personal Data
ph74 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only in the following circumstances:
- Payment service providers: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment partners receive only the data necessary to process your specific transaction;
- KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party identity verification services receive document and biometric data solely for the purpose of verifying your identity as required by PAGCOR regulations;
- PAGCOR: ph74 is required by its operating license to report certain player data and transaction records to PAGCOR for regulatory oversight purposes;
- Law enforcement and government authorities: ph74 will disclose personal data to Philippine law enforcement, the AMLC, or other government bodies when legally required to do so by court order, subpoena, or applicable law;
- Technology infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and cybersecurity service providers who process data on ph74's behalf under strict data processing agreements that prohibit any independent use of player data;
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of ph74's operating assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, with prior notice provided to affected players.
All third-party data processors engaged by ph74 are contractually required to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process personal data only for the purposes specified by ph74.
07 Data Retention
ph74 retains your personal data for the following periods:
- Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR's licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
- Transaction records: All deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction;
- Support correspondence: Live chat and email records are retained for 2 years;
- Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, whichever comes first.
Following the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC guidelines. Anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.
08 Security Measures
ph74 implements the following technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and ph74 servers;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and financial data;
- Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorized ph74 staff on a need-to-know basis;
- Multi-factor authentication for internal systems and administrative access;
- Real-time fraud detection and anomaly monitoring systems;
- Regular security audits and penetration testing by independent security firms;
- Incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements under RA 10173.
In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, ph74 will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with RA 10173 and NPC Circular 16-03.
09 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
ph74.app uses the following types of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function — session management, login state, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled;
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred payment method, and game lobby view;
- Analytics cookies: Collect anonymized usage data to help ph74 understand how the platform is used and where improvements can be made. These are set only with your consent;

- Right to file a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data rights have been violated.
To exercise any of these rights, contact ph74's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 13. ph74 will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days.
11 Children & Minors — Strict 21+ Policy
ph74 strictly does not collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Access to ph74 is prohibited for anyone under 21, in accordance with Philippine law. If ph74 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be immediately deleted and the associated account will be permanently closed.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child or a minor has registered an account on ph74, please contact the ph74 DPO immediately. ph74 will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours of receiving such a report.
12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
ph74 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, new regulatory requirements, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or mobile notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph74 platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
